well...you know you have worked hard....harder than you are actually capable of.......out of skin......but you are not rewarded accordingly....you dont get what you deserve.........what you'll call it??..failure??..or a lesson??!!

I'd call it 'Sh1t Happens'
It is gutting - but unfortunately that's life - however who knows next year may bring a large increment then expected.
Stick with it - the best things comes to those who wait :)

it is just the one who has this "Never Say Never Die" attitude that eventually wins...
plain and simple, you are working for the wrong set of people, find a new one. :) I learnt it the hard way. Know what you want and work towards it.
